Guests must pay electronically via the platform to confirm their booking. Payments are transferred to you based on your preferred method:
•  Immediately (within a maximum of 48 hours).
•  Upon reaching a specific amount (set by the host).
•  Weekly (the host specifies a particular day of the week).

All types of holiday homes, such as apartments, villas, studios, chalets, rest houses, farms, camps, caravans, and co-working spaces.

Yes, as long as you’ve confirmed the agreement with the property owner.
 

You can list a residential property using your national ID. For commercial properties, you will need a commercial registration to list on the platform.
 

You can add your property to Daar if it is fully furnished, in excellent condition, and you have real, clear photos showcasing all its features as they are in reality.

We are available on all platforms to serve you. Just reach out through any channel that suits you, and we’ve got you covered.

Each host has their own cancellation and refund policy:
•  If the policy allows, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
•  If the policy states “Non-Refundable,” only the deposit (if applicable) will be deducted.
You can confirm the cancellation and refund policy under the unit details page.

From the main page:
 •  Click on the “My Bookings” tab.
 •  Select “View Booking.”
 •  Click on “Contact the Host.”

You can also communicate with the host through the “Private Chat” feature in the Daar app or website. Before confirming your booking, you can message the host directly from the unit’s page by selecting “Contact the Host.”
